This blog will serve as a record of my life after losing my left hand in a near fatal accident whilst paragliding in Columbia (South America) in February 2006…more of which you’ll learn about in my next postings.
I’ve bin a pretty active guy to date; I love to paraglide, snow board, scuba dive and ride sports bikes. I enjoy reading science fiction and playing guitar. I hope I’ll be able to continue to do many of these things in the future.
For my job I work with computers and I’ve been busy writing code as the chief
architect and one of the co-founders at Kaboodle for the last year or so. It’s
been frustrating to have been out of action but so gratifying to see how well
things have progressed without me.
I’m lucky to be married to such an incredible person as my wife, Kerry, who has been
instrumental in my recovery and proved to be so strong as I put her through
hell and back…I owe her so much.
