Hi! I was just wondering what kind of mp3 player you use, if at all. Do you have any problems with it? I find that tangled headphones can be a bit of an issue. I’m looking at some wireless headphones that might make this a bit easier. Any suggestions?

Hey Keiron,

My name is Chris im 23 and from South Africa. I lost my right arm below elbow last year March, also with high voltage electrocution! Its been an adjustment but i believe with positive thoughts our minds can overcome and conquer anything!! Even with my positive outlook on life there are still days that gets the better of you, but just reading some of your blogs and what you’ve accomplished after your accident makes the hard days easy!! U inspire me to inspire others!

It’s sad that it has to take a horrific accident for us to realize that it IS possible to change the way people see the world.

Keep on inspiring, I really hope I can meet you one day!

I just came across your blog today. I’ve read through several of your entries. I am particularly interested in your experience learning to use your new i_limb prosthesis. I was born without a right hand (but still right handed – go figure). I’ve worn the old fashioned hook all of my life (for 50 years now). I have a myo-electric hand but it uses the old style hand – very useless! I recently came across the i_limb products and was amazed!!

Unfortunately, I can’t begin to afford it. I’m hoping that my insurance will agree to pay for it. With the i_limb, I could actually use it every day.
